Instructions
- Upload your image to preview your mouse mat.
- Complete the billing form then enter your credit card details on the secure server or alternatively you can pay by cheque*.
- If you would like your order delivered to a different address (than the one supplied in your billing information) then please email the new address informing us if you would like the invoice emailed to you or enclosed with your order.
- Your order is processed and dispatched within 24 hours**.
* Please allow 4 working days for cheques to clear.
** Mondays to Fridays.
Permitted file types
JPEG jpeg format - used by most digital cameras. This is the format we recommend.
BMP If you've scanned an image, it may be in this format
PNG Portable Network Graphics format - designed to replace gifs and tiffs
TIFF Tagged Image File Format - used for still-image bitmaps
GIF Graphics Interchange Format - tends to be used for small images
Please note that file names containing spaces are not allowed.
TO HELP PREVENT US FROM SUPPLYING YOU WITH POOR QUALITY MOUSEMATS, ONLY IMAGES THAT ARE 800X600 PIXELS OR LARGER ARE ACCEPTED.
If you would like to resize your image before you upload it, the dimensions required are: 2421 x 2067 pixels, 205 x 175 mm, 8.01 x 6.89 ins
